Fill your bath tub with water and add 2 cups of corn starch to it. Soak yourself in it for 20 minutes. For best results, you may also add baking soda to it.
2. Milk of Magnesia
Milk of magnesia is easily available in your nearest drug store even without prescription. Being alkaline provides a soothing effect and also relieves pain. With the help of cotton apply milk of magnesia to the affected area. Let it dry and then rinse it off.
3. Water
True, the best home remedy for hives is plain water. So drink as much as water you can to detoxify your body and dilute your blood.
4. Basil leaves
Basil leaves has the property to detox the body and purify the blood. Also when locally applied, basil leaves minimizes swelling and dryness. Also, it prevents the recurrence of hives.
