It is needed by the body as a protecting and insulating sheet but when it increases in results in weight gain.

Exercises to Burn Body Fat

Stand in a squatting position keeping your feet apart. Keep your hands in front of the chest and push back your butts. Take down the squat position. While doing this also swing your arms down. Raise yourself from the squat position but jump to your right this side.

Before starting the exercise warm up yourself for 15 minutes. Also eat a balanced diet and drink lots of water.
